I hold a Professional Doctor in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University, UK and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University Berlin, Germany. As a Fulbright Scholar, I studied at the University of Maryland, USA, MBA Programme, and I am furthermore a trained Systemic Family Therapist.

I have lived in South Africa, USA, and Germany, and my working languages are English and German. Currently, I am living with my wife and four children near London. Happy days!

I have dedicated my business career to build a leadership development consultancy that helps organisations and specifically their leaders to grow and to develop.

Creativity and compassion are what gets me out of bed in the morning. As CEO of Change, Leadership & Partners, London, I enjoy finding entrepreneurial ways for my organisation to lead by example. My motivation is to drive creative and humane business solutions that make a difference.

I enjoy kite surfing and other water-based sports.
