I have been working with the learning and development of individuals and groups for more than 30 years.

My coaching practice typically focuses on existential matters and the impact these have on my clients’ life, relationships, and work. Most of my clients are senior leaders in the corporate space, although I also see clients in their private capacity. I am also facilitator of Coach Training to International Industry Leaders.

When I work with organisations as a facilitator of innovation and strategy, I harness the existing knowledge within the company, combining this with new ideas through a facilitation process to produce cutting edge thinking. This thinking is the basis of new strategies that will result into new products, procedures, systems, designs, and corporate identities.

Personal and Fun Facts

I am married to Jane, and we have two adult sons, Kai and Ross. I love hiking, surfing, reading, art, collecting treasure, folk and classical music, clay-pigeon shooting, food, seeing the world – especially other cultures, and history.
