Leadership Coaching

Much has been said and written on the importance of leadership in organisations worldwide. Unfortunately, reading and training alone cannot adequately prepare one for the task of leadership; this needs to be complemented by actual practice and proper reflection.

This is where the Leadership Coach steps in; the Coach is trained to assist the Leader to learn from his/her behaviour, thinking, and feelings. This happens in real-time so that learning is relevant and effective. The Coach also provides a space where Leaders can try out new thinking or knowledge before putting it into practice in the field.
