Team Coaching

Systemic team coaching develops a team’s ability to function as more than the sum of its parts, creating results and value for key stakeholders within the wider organisation and stakeholder eco-system.

The team coaching process is a partnership between the team coach(es) and the whole team, which, depending on the development needs of the team, can improve:

  • The collective performance of the team
  • Team cohesion and collaboration by clarifying its shared purpose, objectives, roles, and working processes
  • The team’s ability to recognise and manage its team dynamics
  • The team’s collective leadership to engage with their key stakeholders more effectively
  • The growth of the individual team members

Some aspects a systemic team coach attends to with the team are stakeholder expectations, team tasks, team and stakeholder connections, and how the team prepares itself and the wider organisation to respond to the future.
